What cleaning methods do you use?
We use a combination of traditional window cleaning and pure water fed pole systems, chosen based on what will deliver the best finish for your particular shopfront. Pure water cleaning leaves glass streak free and is perfect for signage, while traditional methods are used where precision finishing is needed.
Do you clean interior windows as well as exterior?
Yes. We offer both interior and exterior window cleaning, as well as frames, fascias, and signage. Just let us know what you need when you get in touch and we will put together the right package for you.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most of our customers opt for weekly or fortnightly visits, though we also offer monthly contracts. The right frequency depends on your location, footfall, and how much traffic grime builds up on your shopfront. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will give you an honest recommendation.
Do I need to be present when you clean?
Most of our customers are busy running their businesses and simply leave us to get on with it. We will let you know we have been and flag anything worth your attention. If you are having internal windows cleaned we will need access.
What happens if you need to reschedule a visit?
We will always let you know in advance if anything needs to change. Reliability is something we take seriously and missed visits without notice are not something we consider acceptable.
