How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site or message us on WhatsApp with your property type, location and how often you'd like a visit. We'll give you a price directly or arrange a quick look at the property first.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
It depends on the property. Commercial premises usually suit weekly or bi-weekly, though quieter frontages can go monthly. Holiday lets are scheduled around guest changeovers rather than a fixed interval. Homes are typically cleaned every 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on how sheltered the property is. Tell us about yours and we'll recommend a schedule.
Do you clean interior windows?
Yes — interior cleaning can be added to your regular exterior visit or booked as a one-off.
What's your cleaning method?
Whichever gets the best result for that window — usually a combination of pure water-fed pole for upper floors and hard-to-reach glass, and traditional mop-and-blade where it works better. No one-size-fits-all approach.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect the clean, and windows dry streak-free. If weather makes a visit unsafe or impractical, we'll rearrange and let you know.
How do I pay?
By direct debit through GoCardless, set up and managed via the Squeegee app — no invoices to chase, no remembering to pay after every visit.
Will cleaning disrupt trade?
No — we work around your opening hours and don't disrupt customers or trading.
How often should I get my shopfront cleaned?
Most high-footfall shops choose weekly or bi-weekly. Quieter frontages are often fine with monthly. Tell us your location and footfall and we'll recommend a schedule.
Do I need to be on-site?
No, though many shop owners prefer to be — either works, we'll agree what suits you.
How does access work if I'm not there?
We can collect keys, use a lockbox, or coordinate directly with your cleaner or changeover team — whatever already fits how the property runs.
Can you fit around our changeover schedule?
Yes — tell us how often the property turns over and we'll set up a schedule to match, rather than a fixed weekly/monthly slot.
Do you work with letting agents as well as individual owners?
Yes, we work directly with property managers and agencies managing multiple lets.
Can you do a one-off clean before listing photos?
Yes — a one-off exterior and interior clean is available for new listings or refreshed photos.
Do I need to be home?
No — most homes are cleaned externally without anyone needing to be in. If you'd like interior windows done too, we'll agree access with you in advance.
How often should a home's windows be cleaned?
4-weekly is our most popular schedule. 6 or 8-weekly suits quieter or more sheltered properties. Tell us about your home and we'll recommend one.
